Expo Prize Draw Terms.

ANGLER ALARMS — AUSTRALIAN FISHING & OUTDOOR EXPO PRIZE DRAW

1. Promoter
Peter Mountford trading as Angler Alarms, ABN 26 936 960 390, 5 Turner Court, Portarlington, Victoria. Contact: info@angleralarms.com. Website: www.angleralarms.com.

2. Entry period and eligibility
Entries open when the Australian Fishing & Outdoor Expo opens on Saturday 7 November 2026 and close at 2 pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026. Entry is open to people attending the expo in Bendigo, Victoria, and submitting their entry there during this period. There is no minimum age. Children should enter with a parent or guardian's permission and use a parent or guardian's contact email. The promoter and people administering the draw are excluded.

3. How to enter
Complete the Angler Alarms expo entry form with the entrant's first name and contact email. Entry is free and no purchase from Angler Alarms is required. Any normal expo admission charges are separate. One entry per person; repeat entries by the same person count once. Different family members may use the same contact email, but each entry must identify its individual entrant. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect entry or the chance of winning.

4. Prizes
Ten Squid Float and Strike Alarm kits will be awarded to ten different winners. Each kit has a retail value of AUD $129; total prize value AUD $1,290. Maximum one kit per person. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

5. Draw
The electronic random draw will take place at 10 am AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 at 5 Turner Court, Portarlington, Victoria. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. Winners need not be present. If fewer than ten eligible people enter, each eligible entrant will receive one kit and remaining kits will not be awarded.

6. Notification and delivery
Winners will be notified by email on Monday 9 November 2026. Winners' names will not be publicly announced without permission. Prizes will be delivered at no charge within 28 days of the draw. A delivery address will be requested only from winners; a parent or guardian may accept a child's prize on their behalf.

7. Uncontactable winners
The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner, including follow-up emails. If a winner cannot be identified or contacted despite those efforts, the prize may be awarded by a further electronic random draw from eligible entrants who have not already won, as permitted by applicable requirements. Any further draw and contact attempts will be recorded. No automatic forfeiture occurs merely because an initial email is unanswered.

8. Personal information
Entry information is used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, notify winners and deliver prizes. Shopify and service providers assisting the promoter may process this information for those purposes. Required competition records will be retained for three years after the promotion is finalised. Promotional emails are sent only where appropriate marketing consent has been provided; entrants can unsubscribe at any time. A parent or guardian using their email for a child's entry should make any marketing choice themselves.
