When your Angler Alarms battery reaches the end of its life, simply swap it out and you're back on the water in seconds. The replacement battery comes pre-wired with the lead and plug - no soldering, no fiddly wiring.

Battery life: Based on our testing, most anglers can expect 30 to 40 six-hour fishing sessions per battery.

The Float and Strike Alarm use separate batteries which may need replacing at different times, however, for simple Strike Alarm / Squid Float pairs we recommend changing both at the same time. Check each component individually using the battery-check function.

How to check if your battery needs replacing:

• Shake the Float or Strike Alarm alone 10-12 times
• A long beep = battery is good
• No beep = battery needs replacing

Warranty: Covered under our 6-month replacement warranty. If it doesn't work, we'll replace it.
